How We Build Our Software Engineering Teams

We maintain agility through small, self-contained teams of 3-5 people led by experienced Senior Managers, with projects typically spanning one to six months. By breaking work into manageable segments, we enhance focus and maintain continuous progress while promoting autonomy—our teams operate independently and make the tactical and operational decisions necessary for successful project completion.
