Relationship managers were thereby enabled to communicate with and service their clients from a single, easy-to-use front-end. The system also reports on all historic balances and provides an audit trail of all captured information. A content management feature also allows the relationship manager to upload documents and attachments as part of everyday customer interactions for a better customer experience.
