Formz provides for the authoring and processing of electronic forms.

Formz provides an easy way to design and distribute intelligent forms in standard formats like HTML and PDF. The forms provide for electronic submission back to a web service or can include 2D barcodes to make the processing of faxes and scans more accurate.
Forms can be pre-populated with relevant data and can include checks to prevent the submission of incorrect data.
